We aim to deliver the level 2 report to you either the same day or within 24 hours of the inspection.

Once you instruct us to carry out the survey, we’ll take care of the rest. We will arrange access with the owner or the estate agent and keep you informed every step of the way.

RICS Level 3 Home Survey

The RICS Building Survey Level 3 is the most detailed survey, providing an in-depth analysis of the property's condition. It is ideal for older, larger, or more complex properties, helping you understand the property before making a significant investment.

We provide a thorough and detailed report that covers all accessible areas of the property. Our aim is to deliver the level 3 report promptly, usually within 48 hours of the inspection.

Once you commission us for the survey, we handle all the logistics. We coordinate directly with the property owner or estate agent to arrange access, ensuring a smooth and stress-free process. We'll keep you updated throughout, ensuring you’re always informed.

Although we are based in Cheshire, we operate throughout the North West. Examples of other areas we cover include Leek, Buxton, Stockport, Manchester and also Staffordshire.  

To book, you can call us, email us, or use our online booking form. If you require a survey, we will take the relevant details from you and then we will contact either the vendor or the estate agent to schedule a convenient time for the inspection. Once a date is arranged, we'll let you know when we will be inspecting the property.  For valuations and EPCs we can arrange the appointment directly with you.

We will be happy to discuss your requirements and advise you which survey we think would best suit your needs.  This will be based on various factors such as the property size and condition as well as your expectations.

We can usually carry out an inspection of the property within a week of you instructing us. The reports are issued either the same or the following day.

Payment can be made either by card or bank transfer. Payment is taken prior to the property inspection. All payment methods are secure and payments are fully refundable if you change your mind before we've inspected the property. 

Absolutely! We encourage you to get in touch and discuss the contents of the report should you have any questions.  We will provide you with direct contact details for the surveyor who inspected the property so you can get in touch.

    Paul was fantastic. He responded so quickly in correspondence before and after the survey was booked. The survey was carried out within 4 working days of booking it in and the report came the same day! The report was comprehensive with pictures that provided the detail we were seeking. Definitely not a copy and paste job (which I've experienced before from bigger companies)! Paul also offered a follow up conversation after the report was issued which is quite unique, but definitely a great service to provide clarity/further details if needed. The price was super competitive too. Overall very pleased we chose Cheshire Home Surveys.
