Although we are based in Cheshire, we operate throughout the North West. Examples of other areas we cover include Leek, Buxton, Stockport, Manchester and also Staffordshire.
To book, you can call us, email us, or use our online booking form. If you require a survey, we will take the relevant details from you and then we will contact either the vendor or the estate agent to schedule a convenient time for the inspection. Once a date is arranged, we’ll let you know when we will be inspecting the property. For valuations and EPCs we can arrange the appointment directly with you.
We will be happy to discuss your requirements and advise you which survey we think would best suit your needs. This will be based on various factors such as the property size and condition as well as your expectations.
We can usually carry out an inspection of the property within a week of you instructing us. Level 2 reports are usually issued the following day. Level 3 reports within 3 days. Valuations are issued the same day as the property inspection.
Payment can be made either by card or bank transfer. Payment is taken prior to the property inspection. All payment methods are secure and payments are fully refundable if you change your mind before we’ve inspected the property.
Yes! We encourage you to get in touch and discuss the contents of the report should you have any questions. We will provide you with direct contact details for the surveyor who inspected the property so you can get in touch.
